Saibo · 1 August 2010 – 16 September 2026
This project is dedicated to Saibo, my grey-and-white cat.
He was with me for sixteen years. When I came to Mexico, he came with me. Here in Puerto Escondido he fell ill with stomach cancer, and on 16 September 2026 he died.
Stray Cats is about remembering cats, so that a cat’s story doesn’t disappear when the people around it move on. I want it to carry Saibo’s memory too.
