The readers of this site are the project’s first research community. I’m most interested in stories like these:
- “We have exactly the same thing happening here.”
- “That cat has four names on my street.”
- “I’ve been paying for a cat’s vet bills for years and I don’t know who else feeds it.”
- “Here’s why that idea won’t work.”
Disagreement, edge cases and strange situations are all welcome. They’re how the idea gets better.
Questions I’d love answered
- Do you look after cats you don’t technically own? How do you keep track of them?
- Have you met a cat with more than one name, or more than one “owner”?
- What happens to the cats when caretakers move away?
- Which ideas excite you? Which ones worry you?
- What would make you stop and record a cat you meet?
- What should a cat’s card never show?
- Would you like to help one day: stories, design, code, rescue experience?
